Cascade Barbell was designed to help people develop and maintain a high level of fitness for the long haul, not just a summer shred. While looking great is a nice byproduct of the process, I have always been more interested in what you can do with your acquired fitness. Segments of the program are left open for users to engage in an active hobby and get out of the gym.
